1 Terms and Conditions
1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") govern the use of the mobile application "Neomorph Calculator" ("App") offered by MDSH Lab. Users may refer to 8 for their contracting entity.
1.2 These T&Cs apply universally to all usage of Neomorph Calculator. Users who do not agree with these T&Cs shall refrain from using the App.
2 App Usage and Eligibility
2.1 The App is provided free of charge and is available for download through official app stores.
2.2 Users must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. Users under the age of 18 should review these terms with a parent or guardian.
2.3 MDSH Lab reserves the right to restrict access to the App for violations of these T&Cs or for any other reason at its sole discretion.
3 App Operation
3.1 The App provides calculator functionality with additional features and may display advertisements.
3.2 The App requires certain device permissions to function properly, including:

5.1 Due to technical reasons, permanent and complete App availability cannot be guaranteed. Periodic maintenance or updates may limit availability.
5.2 MDSH Lab reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the App or any service to which it connects, with or without notice.
5.3 MDSH Lab reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. Continued use of the App after any modifications indicates acceptance of the updated T&Cs.
6 Intellectual Property
6.1 The App, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by MDSH Lab and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
6.2 Users may not copy, modify, create derivative works, reverse compile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
7 Limitation of Liability
7.1 The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
7.2 MDSH Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from your use of the App.
7.3 MDSH Lab assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions in the App's functionality or calculations.
7.4 The original language of the App is English. Translations are digitally generated, and MDSH Lab assumes no responsibility for translation errors.
8 Contracting Entity and Jurisdiction
Your contracting entity is MDSH Lab, and any disputes shall be governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9 Severability Clause
Should any provision of these T&Cs become invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected, unless the omission of individual clauses would unreasonably disadvantage any involved party.
